The goal was to build an interesting mechanism and apply different methods from the making area. The material reaches the weighing machine by shaking a plate, which weighs the load gramm precisely. As soon as the set weight is reached, the vibrating motor is switched off and the scale is tilted.
Configuration options:
The weight can be set via a menu. The mechanism is started via three modes, which can also be set via the menu: by means of a time switch (time - the countdown can be set), by an external signal (input - eg closing a button) or by both options at the same time.
The vibrating table is height-adjustable. Thus, materials of different sizes can be used for the dispenser.”
